Refund policy
RETURN
- All products are duly checked before the packing and dispatches. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (torn etc)
- Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return, unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to within 48 hours of its receipt.
- Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.
EXCHANGE
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- A parcel opening video is mandatory if you need to exchange it for the same item, and contact us +91 78002 35289
- Please note that there is no option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size.
- However, in the case of a size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
- All exchange shipping cost will be borne solely by customer for the reverse pickup if eligible for return/exchange.
REFUND
- Once your return is received & checked, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
