Refund policy

All products are duly checked before the packing and dispatches. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (torn etc)
Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return, unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to within 48 hours of its receipt.
Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Please note that there is no option of exchange for reasons like colour mismatch and exchange for size.
However, in the case of a size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an added cost where all shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
All exchange shipping cost will be borne solely by customer for the reverse pickup if eligible for return/exchange.

Once your return is received & checked, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days.
